Women's Self Defense

A 10 - 20 lesson group or individual program that is focused on developing gross motor skill sets of self defense. This is NOT a martial art. It is a straight forward program designed to teach women how to defend themselves in a violent and combative environment.

Tactics of choice:

  • Palm strikes
  • Elbow strikes
  • Knees and forearm strikes

  • Last five lessons focuses on:

  • Knife
  • Handgun
  • automobile escape
  • combative tactics

  • These are very dynamic drills to test what the client has learned and to give the client a real world focus!

    Training takes place wherever you perceive your threatening environment to be:

  • Running outdoors? - training performed in a park environment
  • Office/Professional environment? - training performed in an office environment
